RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns 
We are sure you will enjoy all our products. However if you wish to return any product, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return with us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. E-mail us with your order information at Support@mona-fitness.com to initiate a return. 

The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds

Any refunds will be processed immediately to the original payment method used when placing your order (you will receive confirmation email from us).  The funds will be available to you depending on your bank’s processing time. If there is any issue with receiving the refund after you receive our refund confirmation, please contact your bank or credit card company directly.

Broken / Damaged Products

We will replace items if they are received defective or damaged free of charge. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@mona-fitness.com with a photo or video of the defect or damaged product.
